In this episode Eric very passionately shares his message about providing employees a game worth playing. This message is so key, with employee motivation hitting a low and the epidemic of quiet quitting, Eric's message gives us a stark reality check around what may be causing this.
During this conversation we also touch on topics such as how society has out-paced biological development, leaving us with Neanderthal brains developed to fight or flight, within a society wrought with triggers. We also delve into a passionate topic of his, and mine, in terms of sustainability and the global crisis surrounding climate change and sustainable practices. How can we as leaders possibly have an impact on such a large issue?
This conversation was very different to many of the other podcast episodes we have had recently, but it is equally as enlightening and there are so many ideas and practices which can be taken on board and implemented.
