In Conversation With...Nick Inge CEO of iTrust the Speak-Up Specialists
In the fourteenth episode of our second series, we have a very informative discussion with Nick Inge; CEO of iTrust, the Speak Up Specialists.
_____________
In this episode Nick shares his expertise and experience, from being an informant handler in the police, to developing a platform to encourage a safe and secure Speak Up culture within organisations. Nick is passionate about changing the language around whistleblowing and instead using the term speak up.
Nick's passion to develop this culture and spread the word is evident and all leaders should look to take notes on how a platform such as the one which Nick has helped to develop should be implemented as part of a well-rounded speak up culture.
This conversation took a very different style and angle to previous episodes, however the topic of discussion is imperative for all leaders to consider and look to implement. The working world and society is moving forwards, and this topic is vital for organisations, big and small, to consider.
_____________
Nick is very knowledgeable around the topic, having previously worked within the police as a handler, having spoken up himself and written a book on the topic. Have a look at his LinkedIn, connect with him, and go and explore what iTrust has to offer on their website.
