In this episode, Tips for Your Tits host, Claire Ginzler, speaks with author and breast cancer survivor, Josie Lloyd, about her powerful and personal journey through writing, running and community, following a lobular breast cancer diagnosis. Josie candidly recounts the emotional and physical challenges, from discovery of the symptoms to undergoing a mastectomy. Her decision to remain flat, rather than pursue reconstruction, and a bra fitting, led her to a discovery which restored her confidence. She discusses her work with Lobular Breast Cancer UK, emphasizing the importance of knowing your normal - advice endorsed by Tips For Your Tits.
As with all of our guests, we discussed all things bras, and how every woman deserves to feel good in her body.
