Anne empowers women to break free from self- doubt and discover their purpose in Christ. A certified Christian coach, author, blogger, musician, her journey began with a struggle for people-pleasing, leading to burnout &a disconnect from God.

A pivotal moment came in 2019. Finding forgiveness &releasing past hurts, Anne experienced a profound peace, transforming her from unloved to knowing a new kind of love - Gods unconditional love.  Inspired, she launched "One Day at a Time," a blog sharing her faith journey & creative passions, including songwriting.

Today, Anne uses her gifts to help women discover their God-given talents & live a fulfilling life centered on Christ. A beacon of faith, she continues to write, play music, serve in her church community, & find joy in nature. Anne believes in God's unwavering faithfulness & the empowerment He provides, encouraging others to embrace their identity as beloved children of God.
