Today we welcome Kathy Kim, our very first patient guest. Kathy tells us her story of being diagnosed with breast cancer as a young mom on the cusp of realizing her lifelong dream of becoming a Sesame Street puppeteer. Her journey and profession were complicated by upper arm lymphedema, and she shares how we as physicians can better help patients through complications. Kathy brings so much humor, perspective, and realness to this conversation, and we're grateful we could capture just a bit of her wisdom to share with our audience.
