Do you long for time to spend with Jesus? Have you found yourself needing a hug from your husband so you feel wanted? Do you feel guilty wishing there was more to your life than wiping noses and doing dishes? Are you drowning in the responsibilities of just being Mom? Do you wonder why your pre-mom routines are no longer working?
I am so excited that you are here! This podcast will help find peace with the time you do have, start rebuilding routines you need to stay sane, invite you to see yourself how God sees you, and find joy in motherhood.
Hi, I’m Cheryl. A wife, mom, ministry leader, and Jesus lover. For years, I struggled to fit myself into the same routines, spiritual habits and identity I had as a newly married woman.
I was frustrated, discouraged and depressed when all I felt at the end of the day was worthless because I couldn’t accomplish all the things I used to be able to do.
I finally realized in trying to meet everyone’s needs except my own, I had forgotten who I was and, if I was going to have any joy in motherhood, I had to discover who I had become.
I had to rediscover my identity, learn how to prioritize my mental, spiritual, and even physical health so I could be the mom my girls needed.
If you’re ready to reclaim your identity, find Jesus in the middle of the dishes, and love yourself like your babies do, this podcast is for you.
Grab your ear pods and start folding laundry, this is Time for Mom.

27 | Don’t Prioritize Housework? 3 Routines That Help Me Stay Ahead
Are the dust bunnies under your couch are big enough to eat your children?
Do you take one look at the mountain of clean laundry and walk away?
Are you glaring at your children and husband because they aren't helping with any of the housework?
If so, you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Cheryl - Wife, girl mom, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus back into mom life and reclaiming my identity. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, rediscover your identity and love yourself like your babies do - grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone, it’s Time for Mom.
In this episode, I’m sharing 3 things I do consistently to create time for the rest of life so you can have a life outside the laundry pile too.
Get your family involved. The WHOLE family.
Stop and do the thing, do not wait until you feel like cleaning it.
Declutter as you see it.
