Do you wonder why your pre-mom routines are no longer working?
I am so excited that you are here! This podcast will help find peace with the time you do have, start rebuilding routines you need to stay sane, invite you to see yourself how God sees you, and find joy in motherhood.
Hi, I’m Cheryl. A wife, mom, ministry leader, and Jesus lover. For years, I struggled to fit myself into the same routines, spiritual habits and identity I had as a newly married woman.
I was frustrated, discouraged and depressed when all I felt at the end of the day was worthless because I couldn’t accomplish all the things I used to be able to do.
I finally realized in trying to meet everyone’s needs except my own, I had forgotten who I was and, if I was going to have any joy in motherhood, I had to discover who I had become.
I had to rediscover my identity, learn how to prioritize my mental, spiritual, and even physical health so I could be the mom my girls needed.
If you’re ready to reclaim your identity, find Jesus in the middle of the dishes, and love yourself like your babies do, this podcast is for you.
Grab your ear pods and start folding laundry, this is Time for Mom.

18 | Sahm and No Friends? 5 Ways to Find a New Community
Did your friends vanish with your routines when you became a mom?
Have you wondered why finding a new community is as hard as finding your identity as a SAHM?
Do you dream of having that friend who will walk with you through the good times and the bad?
If so, you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Cheryl - Wife, girl mom, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus back into mom life and reclaiming my identity. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, rediscover your identity and love yourself like your babies do - grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone, it’s Time for Mom.
In this episode, I’m sharing 5 thing I did or experienced when I had to rebuild my community so you can start prioritizing a new community for yourself with a lot less guess work.
Pray.
Be bold.
Choose to trust your discernment.
Remember that people as a whole are lonely and don't know how to make friends either.
Do something together.
