What you surround yourself with ,is what you eventually emulate. It is important to be selective with The company You Keep. Surround yourself with people who inspire you to be your best self. Not people who put you in a box or possibly put limits on your own self image. Be uniquely you. Even if that means spending time alone to figure out who you want to be.
In this episode I discuss perception. Perception is the lens in which we view the world around us. Are you a, "my glass is half full", or my ,"glass is half empty", type of person? What you surround yourself with also has an impact on your perception. I'll briefly discuss why it's important to be selective with who you associate. Being discerning is key.
