In this episode the boys get together to shoot the shit on some of the topics that have recently happened in their lives. This episode which has a natural flow to it is one of the better episodes the boys have done together. Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives we tend to forget a lot of things that are intrinsically important to our physical and mental heath. The boys try to discuss a few of those things and how even in the bad times there are good things that can be found. The boys also discuss some of the not so great things about the world and how we fall prey to some of these trappings. The boys discuss how people define themselves by their position at work, and discuss how we should redefine our answers to the question 'Who are you?' The discussion is truly an engaging and entertaining one, which the boys would urge all to listen.
