S02EP15: Leader in focus; Aung San Suu Kyi. Myanmar's de facto leader. Hear her story, her fight for democracy, & her tarnished legacy. Know the role of military in Myanmar, and behind the 2021 coup.

In this episode the boys are back with a new leader. In the wake of the unrest that is happening in Myanmar due to military coup, the boys decided to do a deep dive on its leader Aung San Suu Kyi. We bring forth the story of the de facto leader and her long fought battle to power. We discover the toxic relation that the military has with the country and why the military time and again has interfered with the government. The boys talk about who is truly in power and how the military has interjected themselves into the constitution to enjoy unparalleled power. We also talk about the Rohingya crisis, which is one of the biggest displacements of people on earth. We talk about the displacement and how it unfolded and who is truly behind these atrocious acts. Lastly, we try to unravel what needs to be done for the country of Myanmar to move on peacefully and have a democracy and whether that can be possible with this sort of military power. This is an episode that you do not want to miss. If you liked the episode, please drop a like, share, comment, and subscribe to us here and on YouTube.
