Description: Manda Nielson: In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, today's episode delves into the often difficult-to-discuss topic of suicide awareness as we welcome our friend, Manda, a Suicide Prevention Specialist.
Manda and Camille discuss their personal experiences with suicidal ideation, depression, living with chronic illness, and the spiritual tool kit they each developed along the way to not only live through these struggles, but strengthen their connection to the divine with spiritual practices, and outside-of-the-box thinking that helped them stay afloat.
There is no one-size fits all solution, and we strongly affirm that we are not defined by our death. There is hope and healing available on both sides of the veil.
