In todays episode, I address the struggles that many new and experienced mothers face. I discuss the societal expectations placed on women and how they affect our transition into motherhood. By sharing my personal postpartum experience and introducing my theory on why millennial moms find motherhood particularly challenging, I aim to provide support and understanding.

This episode focuses on the importance of integrating feminine energy, recognizing the need for self-care, and finding joy in the midst of maternal duties. I provide four practical ways to make this transition smoother, emphasizing the importance of nervous system regulation, curiosity, and self-acceptance.
