In this episode of Thriving, I break down what nervous system regulation actually means (in simple, real-life terms), the signs to look out for, and how things like stress, change, and emotional overload can push us outside our “window of tolerance.”

I also share what’s helped me gently return to balance, through breathwork, faith, nature, and daily habits, plus why regulating your nervous system is key to feeling safe, present, and whole again.

This isn’t medical advice, just my personal experience, and maybe a gentle reminder that your body isn’t against you… It’s just asking for care.
