What I ate to drop my A1C to normal range in just 6 weeks

Now that you've learned what part of your diet could be causing your insulin resistance, it's time to apply that knowledge! 

In this week's episode, we're going through my own diet and pinpointing exactly what I changed and how I navigated that change. Realizing that any changes will not be the right fit for you or your body will help you keep an open mind before going into this episode.
