There are a lot of noise on what you should be eating or what 'diabetes-friendly' diet trend you should try next out there. But, your really should be able to take a step back and try to see if that trend will be what's best for your body. You don't want to try anything just to 'put a BandAid' on things, either. Getting to the root of the condition will be the best way to help you bring your A1C down and keep it there for good.
