An absolutely courageously brave, honest and inspiring conversation with Simona, who shares her story with you today. After a previously diagnosed eating disorder, to becoming obsessed with food, her body, "normalising" control and constantly finding herself with food and body noise, Simona reached out to work on her food relationship. After some resistance (which Simona is honest about) we got to work on the deeper elements of her food, body and self relationship.
