Who Am I - My Story

In this episode of Thrive Well with Becci, I’m sharing mystory the journey that shaped me as a nurse, lecturer, health coach, and founder of Wellness with Becci.

 

From years of stress and burnout, living with endometriosis,and eating to fill the gap left by bullying and loneliness, to a severe autoimmune reaction that left me with heart arrhythmias and a heart rate of 256bpm (I am so lucky to still be here!).  Without doubt these experiences changed everything for me.

 

They also lit a fire in me to do things differently. I retrained as a Health Coach and now I help men and women uncover the root causes of their health challenges, feel like themselves again, and build resilience for life.

 

This episode is not just about the challenges it’s about theturning points, the lessons, and the joy I’ve found along the way.
