Cocktail Recipe:In a shaker or mixing glass with ice, pour:2 oz bourbon0.5 oz cinnamon simple syrup3 dashes angostura bittersstir, then strain over glass with a large ice cubelight the cinnamon stick and stick into the glassput the smoker over the top of the glass and light the apple chipssmoke for 30 seconds, then remove the smokerexpress an orange peel over the cocktail and garnish
