With over a decade in the music industry under her belt (including 2x UK Top 40 singles), Nina Nesbitt's journey as an artist has been on display for all to view. The Scottish singer-songwriter, first came to fame in 2013 with her EP "The Apple Tree" and subsequent 2014 album "Peroxide", which went to #1 in her home country. Since then, she has released her sophomore album "The Sun Will Come Up, The Seasons Will Change" in 2019 and in 2022 she released the critically acclaimed follow-up "Alskar". Nina has also written for artists including Jessie Ware and The Shires.
In Part 2 of this episode of Three Tracks & The Truth, Madeleine Molly and Nina Nesbitt talk about key musical influences, the pressures of public life and the importance of privacy, as well as female rage.
