Welcome to the season finale of season 1!  Samantha and I explore the many facets and threads of menstruation; a very potent and important topic of discussion. We explore so much!  In summary... we go into Sam's journey into this field of work, returning to the body as our own inner compass, creating space to listen to our intuition. Womens biorhythm being in tune with the moon, Sam's deeper philosophy around cyclical living, and the importance of holding our blood as sacred. Listening to the body as a doorway out of the mind, honouring our blood, REST BEING A RADICAL ACT, our ancestral lineage, where we come from and the importance of these stories.
