In this episode, I share about my perspective on covid and how it is a really powerful time for deep reflection. A time to rethink the structures and the systems that we live under, and a reflection on capitalism and colonialism needing to take accountability for the destruction of the earth. A powerful time to go within, disentangle from from the toxicity that keeps us tied down, in order to reclaim our true power and potential within.
