Mixed Drink of the Week (Johnnie - The Gallagio)
2 oz Vodka
1.5 oz roses or lime juice
1 egg white / 0.5 oz akwafaba /
0.5 oz simple syrup (if not using rose’s)
2-3 dashes of orange bitters (optional)
Freze a martini glass
Add all ingredients to shaker
Good seal and do dry shake for a good amount of time.
Add ice to shaker
Shake till frosted shaker
Double strain pour into frozen martini glass
