I'm THP and I believe people deserve to be able to do what they love. I suffered a back injury in my 20’s and lost years of my life not being able to do what I wanted because I was in too much pain or was scared to try in fear of hurting my back. Now I am on a mission to help people reclaim their lives and have the confidence and fitness to take on whatever they want through my unique mobility training and pain solution programs.

One of the TOP REASONS people say they don’t have a fitness/wellness routine is because they say they don’t have enough time …

So in this podcast, I’m going to break down how you can find that time!

Not to get too dramatic but there’s a quote that sums up how important this is:

If you don’t make time for your wellness, eventually you will have to make time for your illness.

If you’re struggling to find time for YOUR wellness/fitness, sneak away for just 5 minutes and take action (stretch, walk, meditate … just do ONE THING). You will feel so accomplished afterward!
