This week we’re talking about how imposter syndrome has impacted us and how terrifying it can feel to be so sure of your dreams and at the same time feel like you doubt your own self’s capabilities. We get deep on our own histories of imposter syndrome and how, despite how we show up on this podcast, we still struggle sometimes with our own perceptions of self and how we show up in the world. Recently, we both went through a hypnotherapy session and we discuss the lessons we got out of connecting with our subconscious. We get giggly, serious, sentimental and more in this episode — pretty much sums up our experience being thought daughters.
