If you say no, then offer some alternatives – someone else for example
Admin – a tedious and boring job
Not the things you got into business to do
Outsource it if it makes financial sense
It always takes longer than you expect
Giving yourself some extra time
Sometimes there are issues and admin to do
Hardly ever does anyone ever complain if you start a project early
