Saying no can be absolutely empowering and can help establish healthy relationships with others. Episode #81: Rules for My Relationship?
This Realm of Existence Blog & Podcast creator and host, Sharron W., is an Attorney, Writer, Speaker, Content Creator, Poet, and a Published Author. Her debut book of poetry, Poetic Prompts of Poetry, is available in both print and e-book on Amazon. This book is designed to take you on a journey of love, mystery, passion, inspiration, and justice. In this episode, she talks about why we should not allow society to dictate the rules for our relationships. Society will tell us that we should do A and not B, or that we should be together for “this” number of years before moving onto “that.” However, only the people involved in said relationship get to dictate and determine the rules for their relationship. Only they can determine what is the appropriate amount of time to do anything before going to the next level, whatever that level means for them. Sharron hopes to serve as a catalyst to ignite a fire within to encourage and motivate others through both written and spoken word, to go after all of their goals and dreams and to live their best lives in this realm of existence.
