Hooray it’s episode 80! I’m so glad you made it :) 

This week I wanted to talk about a set of words that have kept me going while I start to understand and work through my OCD and anxiety - a lot of the healing is through action and being and doing, so working with our brains (thoughts) and teaching our bodies (action and stored trauma) new safety signals is how we start to live with challenges like this.
