Well, you’re clearly not alone because in this episode, Chloe and I sit down to discuss our experience with feeling late, the crazy expectations we tend to have for ourselves, and how we manage and navigate these.

In this episode, I take a new approach, yappin' without any notes or outlines. Just raw opinions and feelings. I talk on feeling empty, my feelings regarding therapy, and my struggles with opening up and being an emotional person.

What else is more typical of Gen Z than the fear of missing out? I could name a bunch but you get the point... In this episode, I talk about the concept of vulnerability and my struggles with it, and also share my personal experience with FOMO, especially in my period of wait, at the "peak of my adolescence", and how that has affected me. I also analyze how dominant this feeling is in our generation, and steps we could take to remedy the situation before we go into our adult years.

In this episode, I go through the depths of our good ol' buddy SM and its impact on our growth and interactions as a generation. I also try to speculate on ways we could balance the relationship between our virtual ideals and lived realities as we go into our adult years.
Just looked up what Roman Empire means T.T

After going through the near-traumatic experience of almost losing a parent, I decided to sit down and rant on the many thoughts that flooded my mind, the actions I took, and the mindset I've chosen to assimilate regarding what happened. Come listen to me go in depth to put in words my relationship with my mom, and how I'm planning on improving it. Hope you gain even just a little from this.
You do not need to wait for a reason to be grateful for your parents and love on them. I'll take my own advice.

In this episode, I introduce myself to my many friends :) , as well as the podcast and what I plan to accomplish with it. I then travel back to my high school years to bring back valuable lessons on the positives of striving to find our true selves, and staying true to that and the people who are real & bring out the best in us, and how that outweighs the pros of always trying to define ourselves in terms of the views of others, especially those who constantly look down on us, and how that has worked for me so far.
