The 2016 CHADD Conference was great and I'll be sharing some of the topics I learned about in future episodes. This week however I discuss two different approaches to ADHD. While neither is bad I very much prefer a strengths-based approach. I also talk about one of the ways I've tried to fit my thinking into a neurotypical box and how that backfired. This is the first of three episodes for December so I hope you'll stay tuned!
