Joseph S. Fusaro (IG:@sincerely_joe) is an Author of 8 poetry books, Head of Production at the Mental Health News Radio Network, and the Host of Hysteria Radio & Co-Host of Dharma and Espresso. He is a long-time advocate for mental health and suicide prevention, and he himself has lived with anxiety and depression for most of his life.

In this episode Joseph asks: “Are you going to therapy? While that is good for a reset, what are you doing to reinforce what you’ve learned for the other 28 days a month?" He recommends positive affirmations. Joseph shares how he was an "affirmations sceptic" that decided to give them a try and discovered affirmations a very effective self-help tool.
