Identifying the offender (Part 2 of Thinking beyond forgiveness)
In this episode, we look at truly identifying who it was that caused the offense. There are two parts to the who as well. Part 1 is the title or role of the person and the expectations we have on them in that role that they may not have fulfilled. Part 2 is the human in that role that may truly have been incapable of not able of fulfilling the expectations which created the hurt. Either way, we must identify them so we know who to hold accountable for the thing we say is owed to us.  Tune in to all four parts to understand how this all relates to truly thinking better.
