Hey listeners, I'm your host Ashley Clark. Thanks for joining me on my podcast Thinking About the Brain, a show that discuss popular (and not so popular) psychology books and journal articles that teach us about how our brains work.
I'm currently a graduate student at the University of Rochester getting my PhD in Brain and Cognitive Science. I study the brain, and have a passion talking to others about the many different ways psychology impacts our daily life. While I consider myself a cognitive scientist, this podcast will cover broad areas including clinical, behavioral, and computational psychology as well as mindfulness and mental health. This means that anyone can join in on our journey on using our brains to think about our brains.
