Mark Dombkins is the Founder and Strategic Director of Forever Projects, an organisation that exists to help Tanzanian women break the cycle of poverty and create a self-sustaining future.

He’s also a part-time maths teacher and a father of 6 kids.

Mark is a very purpose-driven leader - so much so, I even got a bit emotional in the interview hearing about the BIG purpose that Mark is driven by.

In the interview we discuss Mark's impressive personal and professional story along with the leadership and culture-building lessons of his career so far.
