New Years Resolutions | Brain Rewiring | Episode 24

I made this episode because as we approach the new year and set goals for ourself we should keep a few things in mind:

  1. Change takes time and consistency.
  2. It's okay to fall short sometimes
  3. We are not in competition with anyone but the people we were the day before.

Also trying to change a lot of things at once can be not only overwhelming but also discouraging. It's best to focus on one thing at a time I would suggest trying to focus on one thing at a time for a month and just add on as you continue to form new habits. Have some grace and take time with yourself.
