Friends from College | New Friends, Empathy, & Looking Inward

Catherine sits down with 4 of her friends from college to talk about how friendships change post-grad life. During the episode they answer: How do you meet friends when you move to a new city or during Covid-19? How do you stay in touch with friends from college? What makes a good and bad friendship? And lastly, in our current society, how do you diversify your friendship and have tough conversations with friends who don’t align with your values or morals? The key takeaways from the episode are you need to put in the effort if you want to make friends (and keep friends), stay true to yourself, and in order to be a good friend you need to look inward first.

Thanks Maggie, Sarah, Cam, and Jordyn for joining!
