We talk about how everything is energy all the time...has it become cliche? Do you just associate it with something perhaps...New Age?! (And that label is getting a pretty bad reputation nowadays, huh? 😉 See, I don't like labels. So we're staying away from those around here.)

But truly...the importance of remembering the power of ENERGY cannot be stressed enough. Sweet Soul, you ARE energy. We are all connected in a FIELD of energy. What you do, on an individual level, contributes to the collective field of energy - whether you take action to change something or not. (No, this isn't me saying that sitting around doing nothing is what we should be doing 😅)

Your energy is that powerful.

This episode is about a reorientation in focus, coming from the inside out. Aligning with Soul FIRST - then taking any action to which you feel *truly* led.

No more burning ourselves out. No more forcing. No more hustling. No matter being mean to our dear sweet bodies.

No more focus solely on the physical and then thinking about the spiritual stuff "when we have time."

YOU ARE SPIRITUAL! Your very Essence is spiritual. We're getting it backwards, my friends.

This isn't about checking out of being human - it's about another way to be human.

Again...a reorientation.
