Hey everyone!
Welcome back to another exciting episode of Therapy Unmasked. This week we had the opportunity to sit down with Emily Hill, a parent consultant for the Davis County Utah Parent Center. If you have a child with special needs and they plan on attending school in Davis County then Emily is the person you need to talk to. She is filled to the brim with resources and enthusiasm to help meet the needs of your child.
Emily discusses her role with the Utah Parent Center and shares some of her favorite experiences of working with parents in the program. She also opens up about her own child with special needs and discusses how she found community through the Utah Parent Center.
We also discuss how therapy done through the state and therapy done privately, like at Ability Innovations, can work in tandem to provide your kiddo with the best support they need to reach their milestones and become the best version of themselves as possible.
If you are curious about the Utah Parent Center or are looking to give your kiddo some extra support through pediatric therapy feel free to click the links above. Thank you for tuning in to this weeks episode. We will catch you on the next one.
