In this conversation, I brought on Colton Lee from Redeemer Church in Raleigh, North Carolina to discuss ecclesiology, church leadership, what it means to have a plurality of elders, church planting, what it means to be a sending church, pastoral leadership, and more. Colton did his B.A. and Liberty University in Biblical studies, and is almost finished with his MDiv. at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Colton currently serves as a pastoral assistant at his local church and is passionate about seeing churches equip members into becoming leaders.
