This episode includes a special session from the Green Climate Fund’s Global Programming Conference that took place from August 19th to the 23rd in Songdo Korea. The session centered on catalyzing innovation and mobilizing investments at scale. 

It included commentary from:

· His excellency Wallace Cosgrow, Minister of Environment, Energy and Climate Change of the Seychelles

· Ms. Camilla Otto, Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development

The session was moderated by Mr. Mitch Carpen Head of Risk Management and Compliance at the Green Climate Fund. The week long event aimed to serve as a starting point for high level dialogue on country and entity programming with the GCF.
