- Last season, he tagged out on turkeys and shot a decent-sized buck on opening day
- CJ learned to hunt by watching deer patterns and using tips from podcasts and YouTube
- He has a family hunting camp where they bond over meals and stories during deer season
- The camp has been around since the 60s, with about 30 members sharing good times
- CJ prefers bow hunting over rifle hunting and recently bought a bow to get back into it
- He runs a property maintenance business, doing lawn care and HVAC work on the side
- CJ's wife helps process their deer and makes delicious meals with the venison they harvest
- He enjoys the camaraderie of hunting and the satisfaction of providing for his family
