In today's episode, we will go over another one of my favorite & tested time management techniques called 'Eisenhower Matrix' which uses two labels URGENT & IMPORTANT to bucket tasks into 4 areas. Helps you to figure out categorization of tasks into Do It, Schedule It, Delegate It & Delete It buckets!
