In this episode I talk about slowing down the pace of content across Your Level Fitness and why that matters for both you and me. For a long time, I’ve been publishing almost daily. But as I’ve been telling you, our mental and emotional well-being connects directly to how we consume information and how we manage our time. The flood of content out there is overwhelming, and I want to model what it looks like to be intentional with what we consume and create.
I share how I’m scaling things back starting this weekend, including the podcast, blog, and even the daily emails. This isn’t about quitting or pulling back from the community. It’s about creating space for reflection, giving thoughts time to catch up, and focusing on the core YLF message of living from the inside/out.
You’ll hear me talk about how habit structures still matter, but flexibility does too. This shift is all about balance, presence, and sustainability, both in fitness and in life.
