This is a special [live session] recording of the yoga nidra practice from the Yogic Snooze live event a few days before Valentine's day, on the night of the full moon. Since this was recorded live, without special equipment, you might hear some natural sounds from the space and my voice—embrace them as part of the experience, just as we do in yoga nidra, allowing whatever arises to simply be.


Prior to starting the yoga nidra portion of the event, we explored the beautiful duality of self-love—the soft, sweet moments of rest, and spoiling ourselves, ie, those "typical" things we associate with self-love, intertwined with the devotion it takes to keep the promises made to ourselves.

This session encourages you to romanticize the commitment to your own journey, recognizing that self-love is not only about the tender moments but also about the courage to pursue your dreams. It’s about weaving together the softness of your heart with the resilience to show up for yourself, nurturing both sides of this beautiful relationship.
