This is a live recording of our recent Yogic Snooze Live Event - The Midyear Exhale session.

Since this was recorded in the moment (on a phone, no fancy setup), you’ll hear some natural sounds from the space—breathing, shifting, little noises, me moving around the table. Instead of distractions, think of them as part of the practice. In yoga nidra, we welcome whatever’s here.


This session was held near the summer solstice and new moon — a moment that marks the peak of the inhale, and the very beginning of the exhale.
A threshold in the year… a natural pause to reflect on what’s shifted, and to gently realign with what you’re growing toward.

Through journaling and guided yoga nidra, we explore the winding path that brought you here — and rest in the quiet spaciousness of now.
