Book Marketing with Mark Albert

This week Elsa talks with author and book marketing coach, Mark Albert. He shares his own writing & authorship journey as well as important tips and advice for new and aspiring authors (and us seasoned ones, too!)

About Mark:

MJ Albert was raised in rural areas and was comfortable in the woods from an early age.

He has lived in a variety of places. His childhood was spent in New England, teen years in Alaska.  M.J. moved to Spokane WA to attend college where met his wife Kim. They moved to Northern California where they raised 4 children. He has held various jobs from outhouse painter to software trainer.
For ten years he managed a Customer Service department in the McDonald's Distribution system where he served as a key member of both regional and national marketing and promotion teams.  For the next ten he was a truck driver moving various goods around the Midwest and East Coast.

Today he spends his time writing and helping other authors market their books.

He is widowed now and currently resides in Idaho.  He spends his free time visiting family and helping authors market their books.  He currently has a dozen grandchildren and has spent time reading to most of them when they were little.
