Depression how easily normal person said , Are you depressed ? I never think that you are in depression Just because some persons always keep smiling!! Yes i m talking about smiling depression Almost many persons are suffering from it now days. But no one wants to talk about it, Main reason are hypertension, Stress , tension and most importantly over thinking ... Yeah , when we don't share our feelings with others there is a mess in our mind and we think about all the things happening with us , And sometimes little things start affecting But no one see the pain behind the smile , Everyone see the rudeness of person and start complaining but this is the wrong way treating with the person which is suffering form depression or any problem . So always try to see the pain of others , don't get too busy so that you don't have time to think about others !!
