Everything external to us is a reflection of us. Including ‘spiritual’ concepts like higher selves, spirit guides, angels, ascended masters etc. Just because there is a spiritual connotation to it doesn’t make it any more divine from a random guy you meet on the street. And my main message in this podcast is for us to not attach ourselves to those things as that takes us away from our internal truth. Anything external we attach ourself to is still an attachment with no hierarchy. Just because it’s spiritual doesn’t mean it can’t distract us from finding our internal truth from within. So use those things if it helps you but ultimately you have to cultivate your own truth from within that no external thing can ever tell you.
