Authentic actions lead to authentic results and inauthentic actions lead to inauthentic results. We only feel the need to compromise on our values when we feel overly attached to an outcome that we feel like we need in order to feel okay. Which in my experience is never true. You’ll feel okay once you start doing things that feel true to you now rather than doing false things in the hopes of getting to a true thing. Being fake only leads to more fakeness so you might as well choose truth if you’re gonna expend the same effort going down a path 🤷🏻‍♂️. It’s a lot easier said than done of course but in a way I feel like it’s our life’s work (or at least mine) to be in authentic alignment. That is where divinity and God resides. And perhaps that is also where we will find the path to our best life.
