3 Things You Can Do to Regain Your Sense of Self-Worth & Confidence- Challenge your negative thoughts. When you have negative thoughts about yourself, challenge them. Ask yourself if they are really true. Are you being fair to yourself?
- Practice positive self-talk. Talk to yourself the way you would talk to a friend. Be kind and supportive.
- Do things that make you feel good about yourself. This could mean spending time with loved ones, doing things you enjoy, or helping others.
