In this episode I talk to Mark Anderson. Mark is a double MIT grad who started on fitness journey in his 30s and never stopped. He is now in his 60s and if fitter than most of us. I first met Mark in 2011 during my first Tour of Nilgiris. He was here for a few days on a personal trip and joined us for a Nandi ride. I sat down with him post that and he was kind enough to share his experience and some words of wisdom from his long endurance journey.
